Our structured Usui Reiki classes are designed to guide you through the foundational to advanced stages of Reiki practice.

Level 1, a comprehensive 1-day workshop, provides an introduction to energy healing. You will gain a solid understanding of how energy flows, practice moving and feeling energy, and learn to conduct self-healing. This foundational level sets the stage for deeper exploration.

Level 2 expands your skills over a 2-day workshop, focusing on self-healing and healing others. You will delve into hand placements, essential for effective energy work, and gain insights into what it entails to work with clients. This level equips you with the tools needed to enhance your practice and begin offering healing to others confidently.

Level 3, also a 2-day workshop, delves into the mastery of Reiki. You will work with the first three sacred symbols, learn to create a sacred space for healing, and understand the ethical considerations involved in Reiki practice. This advanced level prepares you for establishing your own Reiki practice and potentially teaching others, rounding out your journey from student to master practitioner.
